Western blot analysis from lysates of human kidney (cortex) tissue. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-human Cytosolic ß-Glucosidase/GBA3 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-48095) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Cytosolic ß-Glucosidase/GBA3 at approximately XXX kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
